Monique Henry

Monique Henry, MSW, LCSW-QS, is an experienced and compassionate therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation. She creates a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and experiences, develop effective coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and build the confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges.
As a client-centered and nontraditional therapist, Monique brings over 20 years of experience in social services, vocational counseling, and mental health counseling. She has worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, allowing her to provide thoughtful, personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Monique is deeply committed to helping her clients succeed and is passionate about guiding them toward their highest level of functioning. With a strong belief in each individual’s potential, she provides consistent support and guidance every step of the way, empowering clients to achieve meaningful and lasting growth.

I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
 
My approach is client-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices, helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I believe in meeting each person where they are and empowering them with the tools and insight needed to create meaningful change.

Erica C. Bryan, MSW

Erica C. Bryan, MSW is a faith-based counselor and life coach with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families through life’s most challenging and meaningful seasons. With a heart for healing and restoration, Erica is committed to helping individuals navigate emotional pain, life transitions, grief, and end-of-life concerns with compassion, understanding, and practical guidance.
Erica earned her Master of Social Work and is currently pursuing licensure through the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA), further strengthening her ability to provide ethically grounded, faith-integrated care.
Her Christ-centered approach thoughtfully integrates biblical principles, prayer, and Scripture with clinical knowledge to support emotional wellness and spiritual growth. Erica provides a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged as they work toward healing, clarity, and renewed purpose.
Known for her calm presence and thoughtful insight, Erica helps clients strengthen resilience, deepen their faith, and move forward with confidence. She believes that healing is possible through the truth of God’s Word and that restoration is available for every individual seeking hope, direction, and peace.
